Acceptable Use\n\nYou agree NOT to:\n\nViolate any law or regulation.\nUpload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.\nReverse engineer or attempt to access source code.\nDistribute malware or malicious software.\nInterfere with platform security.\nUse the Services for fraud, money laundering, sanctions violations, or illegal activities.\n6. Intellectual Property\n\nAll software, trademarks, logos, designs, and platform content remain the exclusive property of Mofan AI.\n\nSubject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services.\n\n7. User Content\n\nYou retain ownership of content submitted to the Services.\n\nBy submitting content, you grant Mofan AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:\n\nHost\nProcess\nStore\nDisplay\n\nsuch content solely for providing and improving the Services.\n\n8. Third-Party Services\n\nThe Services may integrate with third-party providers including:\n\nOpenAI\nAnthropic\nGoogle\nStripe\nAWS\nOther AI and cloud providers\n\nYour use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.\n\nWe are not responsible for third-party services.\n\n9. Fees and Payments\n\nCertain Services may require payment.\n\nYou agree that:\n\nAll fees are billed in advance.\nFees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.\nFailure to pay may result in suspension of Services.\n10. Limitation of Liability\n\nTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:\n\nINDIRECT DAMAGES\nINCIDENTAL DAMAGES\nCONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES\nLOSS OF PROFITS\nLOSS OF DATA\nBUSINESS INTERRUPTION\n\nOUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS.\n\n13. Termination\n\nWe may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:\n\nYou violate these Terms.\nWe suspect fraud or abuse.\nRequired by law.\n14. Sanctions Compliance\n\nYou may not use the Services if you:\n\nAre located in a comprehensively sanctioned country.\nAre listed on any government prohibited or restricted party list.\nIntend to use the Services in violation of applicable sanctions laws.\n15. Governing Law\n\nThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mofan AI is incorporated.\n\n15.
